Jenni Barclay is a geologist and petrologist who holds a Chair in Tomfoolery at the University of East Anglia, UK. Dr Eliza Calder

Eliza Calder is a geologist and a Senior Lecturer at the School of Geosciences at Edinburgh University, UK. She has worked on Montserrat pyroclastic flow deposits, their character and their run-out distance. She has expertise in the statistical analyses of volcanic eruptions and currently has the role of elicitation facilitator on the SAC.

Eleonora Rivalta is a geophysicist at GFZ Potsdam, Germany. Her expertise is in physics-based models of magma transport and the associated geophysical observations, including crustal deformation and seismicity.

Prof Mike Burton

Mike Burton is a specialist in volcanic gas monitoring and has a Chair in Volcanology at Manchester University, UK. He is helping to investigate the high level of outgassing of the Soufriere Hills Volcano, and the introduction of new methods of gas monitoring.
